After spending a year on V Magazine's staff as a layout designer, I was honored when I was asked to step in as an Editor-in-Chief for the following year. As Co-Editor-in-Chief, my duties are more managerial than directly creative; I was responsible for overseeing magazine production from start to finish, from selecting staff and curating content to maintaining the visual aesthetics of the magazine. As Creative Director, assembled the entire magazine for print production, managing a team of designers to ensure visual harmony throughout. Additionally, in collaboration with our editorial team, I oversaw all aspects of the photoshoots selecting a theme, models, makeup artists, stylists, and photographers.
